My journey at Sears began with web design & marketing assistance. I was quickly recognized as a motivated team leader, and promoted to Manager where I was involved with many key marketing initiatives for the email & CRM teams.

In this CRM & Email role, I:

• Was responsible for project planning and management of email marketing, encompassing the complete development chain from copywriters, designers and coders.
• Improved email metrics while bridging a transition of brand direction and corporate strategy.
• Restructured the deployment strategy, increasing engagement and hitting aggressive timeline parameters.
• Executed A/B tests, tracked and reported results with a focus on 
conversion and optimization.
• Worked to grow email database through a multi-channel campaign to meet corporate targets.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams from research to execution stages for major CRM campaigns.
